Company Policy & Terms

Our service agreement, cancellation policy, and the terms that protect both parties.

These terms constitute the full service agreement between you (the "Client") and Crystal Clear Commercial Cleaning Ltd ("Company"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations provided are valid for 30 days.
  • Quotations are based on information provided by the Client.
  • We are open to negotiations — pricing can be adjusted to fit your budget where possible.
  • Additional services performed outside of the quote will incur extra charges (discussed first).

2. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed once we have received the Client's acceptance in writing or by electronic confirmation.
  • Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking (typically 7 days after service for businesses, or upon completion for residential).
  • For one-off deep cleans, a 25% deposit may be required.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before service: no charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service: 50% of agreed price.
  • Cancellations made on the day of service: 100% of agreed price.

4. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Our mission is 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with any aspect of our work, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no extra charge.

5. Liability & Insurance

  • Crystal Clear Cleaning is fully insured for public liability and employer's liability.
  • Any damage caused by our team should be reported within 24 hours of the service.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

6. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
