These terms and conditions constitute the full and complete service agreement (the "Agreement") between you (the "Client") and Crystal Clear Commercial Cleaning LTD ("Company", "us", "we").
Please read these terms carefully. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by the terms listed below.
1. Quotations & Pricing
- Open to Negotiations: As stated in our mission, we are "open to negotiations." We strive to provide fair, transparent pricing tailored to your budget and specific needs.
- Estimates: Initial estimates are based on the information provided by the Client. We reserve the right to amend the quote if the property's condition or size differs significantly from the initial description.
- Validity: Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2. Payments
- Invoicing: For regular commercial contracts, invoices will be issued monthly. Payment terms are strictly 30 days net unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- One-Off Cleans: For residential one-off or end-of-tenancy cleans, payment is due upon completion of the work, unless a deposit was required beforehand.
- Late Payments: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with UK late payment legislation.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We value your time and ours. To maintain our high standards and fair scheduling for our staff:
- Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any standard service.
- Late Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost to cover staff wages.
- Access: If our team arrives and cannot access the property (e.g., no keys, locked gates) and cannot reach the Client, a call-out fee may be charged.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are dedicated to "satisfying our clients to the maximum."
- Reporting Issues: If you are not completely satisfied with any part of our cleaning, you must report it to us within 24 hours of the service completion.
- Rectification: We will return to re-clean the specific area at no extra cost to you. We do not offer refunds, but we guarantee to fix the issue.
5. Liability & Insurance
- Public Liability: Crystal Clear Commercial Cleaning LTD is fully insured for Public Liability.
- Damage: In the unlikely event of damage to your property caused by our staff, it must be reported immediately. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion, subject to our insurance terms.
- Exclusions: We are not liable for existing damage, wear and tear, or items that are unstable/broken prior to cleaning.
6. Health & Safety
- Our staff are instructed not to enter an environment they deem unsafe.
- Clients must provide hot running water and electricity for us to perform our duties.
- For End of Tenancy cleans, the property should be free of other tradespeople and personal belongings to ensure a thorough clean.
7. Staff & Employment
Our staff are vetted, trained, and employed by Crystal Clear Cleaning. Clients agree not to privately employ or solicit any staff member introduced by the Company for a period of 12 months following the termination of our services.
